If the fermentation process takes more days and it undergoes distillation process it will transform into a more potent yet good tasting wine which is the “lambanog” or coconut vodka.

The coconut is self-sufficient – the coconut seed can get all of its nutrients inside its shell until it emerges and grow into a tree.

The coconut boast of the healthiest natural sugar in the world – The coconut sap can be heated until it transform into coconut sugar, which is a popular alternative to cane sugar. The coconut sugar is low in glycemic index and safe to use for people with diabetics.
