- In the first three months you may visit his/her grave, go to beach and any place that is lonely to find solace, to reminisce the good ole days and to have a sort of soul-searching. This will also allow you think of the things that you need to do in the coming days and how to adjust with your present condition.
- Always think that humans are like time bombs and all of us will eventually die, it is just a matter of who comes first. Accepting deaths especially on the part of your loved one will help in alleviating angst and pain.
- Keep yourself busy and don’t let hurt and pain topple you. Find a new hobby or engage in a new sport. Being so busy will keep you going and at the same time makes you physically and mentally fit.
